Gewurztraminer Riserva 'Exilissi' Baron Di Pauli

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines of Höfl unterm Stein, in Sella, near Termeno, on a hill between 480 and 550 m above sea level. Vinification: long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 10 months in the fermentation tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
