Crafted from Gewürztraminer 90%, Sauvignon Blanc 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 500 metres above sea level, rooted in the sandy soils of Western Sicily. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
