This distinctive wine from Alto Adige embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 50 %, Chardonnay 30%, Sauvignon Blanc 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from young vineyards in Mareit. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with natives yeasts in steel vats and partially in barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
