The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the best vineyards in Manincor overlooking the lake, in the locations Seehof, Panholzerhof, Mazzon, on sandy and clayey soils with moraine deposits at an altitude between 250-500 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 5 months in wood barrels on the lees. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
