A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Lacrima di Morro d'Alba 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 150-200 metres of altitude on limestone soil with south-east/south-west exposure. Vinification: maceration for 10 days and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 4 months in steel tanks. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
The region is best known for Verdicchio, one of Italy's most versatile white grapes.
