Crafted from Lagrein 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards near Bolzano at 250 meters above sea level on silty soils of alluvial origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 15 days, malolactic fermentation in 60 hl oak barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in oak wood barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
