The fruit is sourced from vineyards deep alluvial soils composed of granite and porphyry, microclimate with warm days and cool nights. Vinification: 15 days of fermentation on the skins with pumping over of the cap and subsequent maceration, malolactic fermentaion in big wood barrels. The wine is aged 16 months in barrique and 10 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
