This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Lagrein 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards around Ora on limestone soils with Guyot system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wood for 10 days with contact with the skins at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 6 months in large oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
