Crafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the oldest vines from "Del Cristo" vineyard of about 15 hectares on fresh and silty soils. Vinification: produced following the Charmat or Martinotti method, with re-fermentation in autoclave. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
