This exceptional Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC showcases the authentic character of Emilia Romagna. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara 70%, Lambrusco Salamino 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located between the Secchia and Panaro rivers in the hamlet of Sorbara "Cristo" and raised in a tent, on loose, fresh and rich in organic substances. Vinification: pressing without maceration, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and re-fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti method. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
Emilia Romagna producers balance tradition with a lively, approachable modern style.
