Crafted from Barbera 50%, Merlot 30%, Nebbiolo 18%, Cabernet Sauvignon 2%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards municipality of Barolo, from 30-year-old vines located at 300 meters above sea level on marly-calcareous soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 15 days. Complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique.
