Tasting Notes

Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 85%, Durella 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Giovanni Ilarione at 300-500 meters above sea level on clayey and calcareous soils with south and south-east exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 24 hours on the skins for Chardonnay. The wine is aged several months in wood for Durella and in steel for Chardonnay. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
