'Latimis' Ronco del Gelso

This Friuli Isonzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 70%, Riesling 20%, Gewürztraminer 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel, without malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 6 months in steel on the lees. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
