This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Lagrein, Merlot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site at 450-500 meters above sea level on sandy warm and deep soils. Yield per hectare to 56 hectoliters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation and malolactic in steel vats. The wine is aged 18 months in different size oak casks, 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
