Malvasia 'Monemvasìa' Nevio Scala

Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on flat land of volcanic and alluvial origin, at the foot of the Euganean Hills in the municipality of Lozzo Atestino. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous steel yeasts, maceration for 5 days in contact with the skins. The wine is aged 9 months in concrete tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
