Crafted from Mantonico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 600 m. above sea level, with exposure to the South-East. Vinification: 8 days of maceration on the skins, using only indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulfur. The wine is aged in part in barrels and in part in steel. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
