A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from upland of marly origin with good clay and limestone component and Guyot and spurred cordon training system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 36 months in barrique and steel. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
