Crafted from Cornalin, Vien de Nus, Pinot Noir , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the left bank of the Dora Baltea, steep terraces on soils of glacial, moraine and alluvial origin. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with 30-day maceration. The wine is aged 24 months in stainless steel barrels. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
