Crafted from Inzolia 34%, Catarratto 33%, Grillo 33%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a clayey soil from Marsala and Mazara del Vallo area. The wine is aged at least 48 months in big oak barrels and at least 6 months in barrique.
