Crafted from Grillo 70%, Catarratto 20%, Inzolia 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a slightly clayey soil from Mazara del Vallo area. Vinification: interruption of the alcoholic fermentation thanks to wine spirit aged for 5 years in oak barrels. The wine is aged at least 48 months in big oak barrels and at least 6 months in barriques. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
