Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on red soils of medium texture, rich in sand. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in concrete, fortification with addition of must, sweet mixture and alcohol. The wine is aged 5 years in oak barrels.
