Crafted from Merlot 50%, Tocai Rosso 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards young vineyards cultivated with Guyot method on volcanic soils. Organic agricolture. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of 13 days. The wine is aged 8 months in steel and after in bottle without filtrations and added sulphites.
