Crafted from Bronner 58%, Incrocio Manzoni 31%, Riesling 11%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines planted in 2009 on acid and sub-acid soils, rich in flint stones, between 130-170 meters above sea level with south-east exposure. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
