This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hilly area of Capriva del Friuli, on soils composed of marl and sandstone, at 80-200 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in small oak wood barrels. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
