Crafted from Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Blanc 30%, Pinot Noir 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from Contrada Bagnara, in Salento. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation for 85% in steel vats and 15% in oak barrels, refermentation in bottle according to the champenoise method. The wine is aged at least 24 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
