A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trento DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soil between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged at least 18 months on the lees in bottle. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
