A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils composed of limestone of dolomitic origin with an eastern exposure at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation of 70% in steel and the remaining 30% in Tonneaux with subsequent re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
