Crafted from Savagnin 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines that rest on the lands of Marne Blu of Lias, low yield of 30 hl / ha. Vinification: start alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement and then malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels.
