This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards selection from Francia cru from Serralunga d'Alba. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in big oak barrels with a long maceration on the skins; malolactic fermentation in different oak barrels. The wine is aged 84 months in large oak casks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
