The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines placed at 800 meters above sea level on poor soil. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with long maceration on the skins for more then 2 months. The wine is aged more then 12 months in steel vats and few months in bottle. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
