Crafted from Montepulciano 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Alanno on clayey soils at 340 metres above sea level with South-East exposure. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at 30° with 40 days of maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneau and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
