A fine example of Abruzzo winemaking, this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250 metres above sea level with South exposure on calcareous soils rich in white stones. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks for 10-12 days controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5 months in concrete tanks. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
Abruzzo's winemaking blends everyday drinkability with growing quality ambition.
