A fine example of Abruzzo winemaking, this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Macerone and Collelungo, on vineyards of 1970, placed between 300-450 mt above sea leve. Vinification: maceration for 18-21 days. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and in cement. A wine true to Abruzzo's tradition of vibrant, food-friendly reds and whites.
Abruzzo's winemaking blends everyday drinkability with growing quality ambition.
