Hailing from Calabria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Guarnaccia 50% Malvasia and 50% for concentrated grape must with Muscat of Saracena added in proportion, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: short maceration of the must with the skins (24 h) followed by soft pressing, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in steel with 6 months on yeasts.
