This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Moscato Rosa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards on soils of porphyritic nature based on gravel and sand, at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: dried grapes (70%) and overripe (30%) fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
