This exceptional Piemonte DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Barbera, Dolcetto and Ancellotta, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and 30 days of maceration on the skins in oak barrels. The wine is aged 14 months in 25-hectoliter oak barrels and another 14 months in used 500- and 700-liter tonneaux. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
