Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated at 900 m above sea level on soils composed mainly of permeable moraine deposits. Vinification: temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
