This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 500-950 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit and quartz. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
