This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Favogna plateau, at more than 1000 m. above sea level, in an area protected from the wind, on clay and calcareous soils. Vinification: steel fermentation at 20°C. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in stainless steel, then 2 months in cement and 1 year for 70% in steel and 30% in oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
