This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located mainly at 500-800 mt on sandy soils of Valle d'Isarco and in smaller part at 450-500 mt at Cornaiano on the hills of Oltradige. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
