This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the town of Penone, Corona and Aica di Sotto, at an altitude between 550 and 900 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine is aged on the lees for 4 months in steel and concrete tank. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
