The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Novacella, on sand and clay based moraine soils and characterized by a strong temperature range. Vinification: slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in stainless steel barrels.
