This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located between 500 and 850 meters of altitude on calcareous soils of clayey and gravelly conformation, subjected to strong thermal excursions. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
