Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Grecanico 60%, Coda di Volpe 30%, Carricante 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards age of the vines between 60 and over 90 years old. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 4 days and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 18 months in fiberglass tanks and 18 months in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
