A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Serralunga and Roddino d’Alba. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for about 15 days. The wine is aged some months in big oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
