Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years vines cultivated according to the biodynamic method in a calcarfeous gravelly soil. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at 28-30° for 15 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak slavonian casks of 30-60 hlthen few months in bottle.
