This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards fine-textured soils at an altitude of 300-350 metres above sea level with north-west exposure. Vinification: maceration for 10 days on the skins in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in temperature-controlled steel tanks (22-24°C) and 30 days in the bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
