The fruit is sourced from vineyards calcareous soil of alluvial origin, sandy with a high percentage of silt and clay. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels, short manual pumping over and punching of the cap. The wine is aged 18-24 months in barrels 5:10 hl. French oak Allier and Slavonian.
