The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards trained in Guyot and spurred cordon in the hamlet of Cervognano at an altitude of 350 meters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long maceration on the skins and frequent pumping over and punching down.
