A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nocera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards tenuta Mastronicola, at 110 metres above sea level on calcareous soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 14 months in barrique and in oak barrels. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
